Yes! All our prices include rent, services (Weekly cleaning , Netflix, TV, Wifi, Gas, Electricity, water, heating, ...). A single monthly payment, all inclusive and without surprises. Everything, we said everything!
The lease term is at least 12 months.
Yes. There is no problem for La Chatelaine to become your new official address.
With the agreement of the other roommates and for a maximum of 5 days per month.
No it is not the goal of this co-living, everything has been designed for one person.
We love pets but this is not the case for everyone, so unfortunately they are not allowed in La Châtelaine.
No there is no limit but but we ask that you stay reasonable and respectful.
La Châtelaine was designed for young workers and it is necessary to have a salary to join the house.
